BLaRK: Basic Language Resource Kit
On

Resource Kit
(BLaRK). A study on the Dutch BLaRK has been carried out in Flanders
& The
Netherlands (2000-2002). This study was at the basis of the Flemish-Dutch Language and Speech-processing Technology Programme (STEVIN).
